Cooling-coil replacements
Review chilled-water and refrigerant coils for campus air handlers. Send casing dimensions, connection locations, airflow and operating conditions; include split or sectional access requirements where relevant.
Review hot-water, steam and booster-coil replacements for classrooms, administrative areas and other campus HVAC systems. Match duty and connection geometry rather than relying on appearance alone.
Review UV-C emitters for suitable existing air handlers or new units. Provide coil face dimensions, air temperature, mounting space, power and maintenance access.
Review IsoClean CM options where supplemental particulate air cleaning fits the campus plan. Consider room size, placement, noise and filter maintenance alongside the building's ventilation design.
Match specialty equipment to the activity in the room.

Research and clean work areas
Review fan-filter and clean workstation options for particulate-sensitive teaching or research tasks. Define whether the work needs product protection, personnel protection or chemical containment before selecting a category.
Review industrial collection for identified welding-smoke or machining-mist applications in suitable training and maintenance spaces. Provide the process, contaminant, capture arrangement and airflow.
Review KES or Grease Viper options for dining facilities with grease, smoke or odor treatment requirements. Provide hood airflow, appliance lineup, fan data and discharge constraints.
Identify holidays, summer work periods and occupied-building restrictions. Request current lead times rather than assuming equipment will arrive within a particular break.
02
Existing-system capacity
Review fan capability, coil duty and available space before adding filtration or replacing components.
03
Room use and noise
Classrooms, labs, shops and kitchens need different solutions. Portable equipment selection should include acoustics, placement and service access.
04
Long-term maintenance
Plan filter and lamp replacement, cleaning access and spare components. IAQ equipment supplements an appropriate ventilation and building-maintenance plan.
Can we replace a coil without replacing the whole air handler?
Often a coil-only replacement can be evaluated. Provide drawings, dimensions, condition information and operating requirements so the replacement scope can be reviewed.
Can you guarantee equipment for summer installation?
We can request current factory lead times and review the project schedule. Availability and delivery commitments must be confirmed for the selected equipment.
Will a portable air cleaner replace outside-air ventilation?
No. Supplemental particulate cleaning and outside-air ventilation serve different functions. Review both as part of the campus HVAC plan.
Tell us what equipment you need and the campus application requirements, and we’ll match the right products to deliver the right solutions.
Include the building and room served, existing equipment details, airflow and duty, utilities, access restrictions, project location and preferred installation window.
