Air Handling, Filtration & UV-C for Healthcare Facilities
Keep the project focused on the equipment, the room and the required performance. Tillman & Associates supplies replacement heating and cooling coils, HEPA filtration and HVAC UV-C for hospitals, clinics and healthcare support facilities across South Texas.
From our Houston office, serving Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi, Beaumont, College Station, Galveston and surrounding areas.
Select equipment around the room function, airflow and filtration requirements.

Envirco
Portable HEPA air cleaning
Review IsoClean CM options for supplemental in-room air cleaning where a portable unit fits the facility's plan. Provide room volume, available floor space, noise constraints and the intended airflow arrangement.
Review HEPA fan-filter and terminal-filter options for spaces whose design calls for high-efficiency particulate control. Match the specified filter, airflow, ceiling interface and access requirements; verify the current model and configuration with the manufacturer.
Address microbial growth at the cooling coil and drain pan in new or existing HVAC equipment.
Steril-Aire DE-X · HVAC UV-C fixtures
Steril-Aire
Cooling-coil and drain-pan UV-C
Select emitters for the coil face, air temperature and available mounting space. Include coil dimensions, photographs, service access and electrical supply so fixture placement can be evaluated.
Coordinate fixtures with the air-handler layout and planned maintenance access. Airstream treatment objectives require a separate review of exposure time and system conditions; coil treatment alone does not establish a room-level infection-control outcome.
Plan equipment work around existing connections, access and clinical operating schedules.

Heatcraft
Hospital replacement HVAC coils
Review chilled-water, hot-water, steam and refrigerant coil replacements for existing air handlers. Match the casing, connections, airflow and duty, and identify installation constraints before ordering.
Patient rooms, procedure areas, laboratories and public spaces have different needs. Provide the room designation and project specification rather than selecting equipment from filtration efficiency alone.
02
Airflow and pressure relationships
Coordinate supply, return and exhaust with the facility's mechanical design. Adding a portable cleaner does not by itself establish an isolation-room pressure relationship.
03
Maintenance and shutdown planning
Confirm filter access, lamp replacement access, coil removal paths and available shutdown windows before final equipment selection.
04
Project review
The facility's design and infection-prevention teams establish room requirements. Product selection must be checked against the applicable project documents; no single device makes an entire room compliant.
Can a portable HEPA cleaner replace an isolation-room HVAC system?
Not by itself. Portable filtration may support a facility-approved air-cleaning plan, but room pressure, exhaust, ventilation and operating procedures require separate design review.
What do you need for a replacement coil quote?
Send dimensions, connection locations, photographs, nameplate details, airflow and water, steam or refrigerant conditions. Include the installation schedule and access limitations.
Do you provide complete hospital mechanical design?
Our focus is matching equipment from the lines we represent to the project requirements. Send the equipment schedule and room or system criteria from your design team.
Tell us what equipment you need and the healthcare application requirements, and we’ll match the right products to deliver the right solutions.
Include the room or system served, equipment duty, airflow, filtration requirements, utilities, project location and planned installation date. Drawings, schedules and existing nameplates help us get started.
