Cleanroom Filtration & HVAC for Controlled Environments
Start with the process and the equipment needed to support it. Tillman & Associates supplies Envirco fan-filter units and clean-air workstations, replacement coils and HVAC UV-C for pharmaceutical, semiconductor, research and other particulate-sensitive facilities.
From our Houston office, serving Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi, Beaumont, College Station, Galveston and surrounding areas.
Build or upgrade ceiling filtration around the specified cleanliness target and airflow design.

Cleanroom ceiling fan-filter units
Review MAC 10 options for cleanrooms, clean zones and modular enclosures. Provide ceiling-module dimensions, required airflow, filter grade, controls, electrical supply and room-side access needs.
Identify existing unit models, filter dimensions and control interfaces before selecting replacements. For semiconductor applications, include any process-specific media, material or contamination requirements for manufacturer review.
Choose the protection function before choosing a bench.

Laminar-flow clean benches
Review LF, TT, ESM or M-2 options for suitable product-protection tasks. Positive-pressure clean benches protect the work product; they do not provide personnel or environmental protection from aerosols generated in the work area.
Tell us whether the task needs product protection, personnel protection, exhaust or a combination. Biological agents, hazardous compounds and chemical fumes require an application-specific equipment review rather than a generic clean-bench selection.
Coordinate the room filtration system with its heating, cooling and moisture-control duties.

Replacement heating and cooling coils
Match coil fit, duty, connection locations and operating conditions for existing cleanroom-support air handlers. Include available removal paths and shutdown requirements.
Review UV-C for microbial control on suitable HVAC surfaces. Keep this objective separate from room particle classification, process sterilization and product-validation requirements.
Provide the specified cleanliness class, occupancy or operating state and process requirements. A filter rating alone does not establish a room's cleanliness classification.
02
Air distribution and balance
Coordinate ceiling coverage, supply airflow, returns and pressure relationships with the cleanroom designer. Equipment selections support that design rather than replace it.
03
Filter access and controls
Specify service side, ceiling dimensions, control architecture, electrical supply and any filter-testing requirements.
04
Qualification and process fit
Pharmaceutical compounding and manufacturing projects have process-specific qualification requirements. We review product options against the supplied specification without promising that a single component establishes facility compliance.
Does a HEPA or ULPA unit make a room ISO-classified?
No. The full room design, operation and verification determine its classification. Filtration is one component of that system.
Is a laminar-flow clean bench a biological safety cabinet?
No. Positive-pressure clean benches provide product protection only. Tell us the material and protection objective so the equipment category can be reviewed correctly.
What should accompany a fan-filter unit request?
Send quantity, ceiling opening, filter grade, airflow, controls, voltage, access requirements and the project's cleanliness and process criteria.
Tell us what equipment you need and the controlled-environment requirements, and we’ll match the right products to deliver the right solutions.
Include process type, cleanliness target, protection objective, airflow, filter grade, ceiling or equipment dimensions, controls, utilities and project schedule.
